The building permit for the complete renovation of the H21 high-rise building on Landhausstrasse (H21) was issued on 30.10.2023. The first construction phase will begin on 2nd of April 2024, followed by the second construction phase, which is expected to be completed in April 2026.

After a delay, the Baar Care Centre Foundation now expects a building permit to be issued soon. The renovation work will be carried out in two construction stages. WeiterlesenAs already informed, the Foundation Pflegezentrum Baar is planning a total renovation for our building Landhausstrasse 21 (H21). As the building permit for the complete renovation of H21 is still pending, some patience is necessary until the renovation of the building can begin.
Strong service orientation towards our tenants is our top priority. For this reason, the owners have decided to renew all tenancy agreements for an indefinite period until further notice.
